It has been over a year since Sharokina and Vince tied the knot and we are still swooning over all the
pretty details. On September 23 rd 2016, Sharokina, the owner and lead florist at Château des Fleurs,
made her vision of a French-inspired wedding a reality using an all white colour palette with silver
accents. Her team, in collaboration with Royal Orchid Florist, created pretty white arrangements with
pops of greenery. The blooms were displayed on a mixture of grand silver candelabras and shorter glass
vases, which added a nice element of dimension to the room. The head table was draped in flowers,
complimented with an array of floating candles that sat directly in front. To the right was the cake, that
included a mixture of both artificial and fresh flowers, accented with intricate French-inspired detailing.
It was dramatic and bold, yet soft and subtle. Let’s not forget about the dress. Sharokina wore a
gorgeous Lisa Van Hattem Custom that fit her like a glove and suited the theme perfectly.
Our favourite part of the reception was the bride and grooms entrance. As they walked in to a room full
of their closest family and friends, they were surrounded by white lilies on clear pedestals. The flowers
looked almost as though they were floating which made for some great photos. All in all, it was a
wonderful night full of pretty details, memorable moments and most importantly, love. Sharokina and
Vince, thank you and it was a pleasure hosting you.
